Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of www.thefreelancepmclub.com and all related services, features, content, coaching sessions, courses, digital products, community platforms, PM Connect, AI tools, and other tools operated by The Freelance PM Club.

By creating an account, purchasing a membership, enrolling in a course, booking coaching, or accessing any part of the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Definitions

  • “Platform” refers to The Freelance PM Club website, member portal, PM Connect, Slack community, job board, chatbot, AI tools, courses, templates, digital downloads, and related services.
  • “Member” refers to any individual who creates an account or purchases a membership.

  • “User Content” refers to messages, posts, comments, profile information, files, links, images, and other content submitted, posted, transmitted, or shared by members through the Platform.
  • “We,” “Us,” and “Company” refer to The Freelance PM Club.
  • “You” refers to the user or member.

2. Account Registration and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating or maintaining an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs through your account.
  • We are not responsible for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to safeguard your account credentials.
  • You may not create an account using false information, impersonate another person or organization, or permit another person to use your account.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts containing false, misleading, outdated, or incomplete information.

3. Membership Terms

3.1 Membership Access

  • Membership grants access to certain features and services based on your selected membership tier.
  • Access to membership features is licensed, not sold, and is limited to the individual account holder.
  • You may not share your account, login credentials, paid resources, or membership benefits with another person.
  • We reserve the right to modify membership features, benefits, pricing, limits, eligibility requirements, or membership structure at any time.
  • Feature availability may differ by membership level.

3.2 Membership Cancellation by Member

Memberships are offered on either a monthly or annual subscription basis and automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless canceled by the member prior to the renewal date.

By purchasing a membership, you authorize The Freelance PM Club to charge the payment method on file for all applicable recurring membership fees until your membership is canceled.

Members are solely responsible for managing and canceling their subscriptions before their renewal date. Memberships may be canceled at any time through the member account portal.

If a member experiences technical difficulties accessing their account or canceling their membership, the member must submit a written cancellation request to our support team at least five (5) business days before the upcoming renewal date. Failure to provide sufficient notice may result in the membership renewing as scheduled and applicable charges being processed.

Refunds will not be issued for recurring charges resulting from a member’s failure to cancel their subscription, failure to monitor renewal dates, failure to access their account, or failure to submit a cancellation request within the required timeframe.

Upon cancellation, membership benefits will remain active through the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated. No prorated refunds or credits will be issued for unused membership time.

3.3 Membership Downgrades

  • Members may request to downgrade their membership through the user portal.
  • Unless otherwise stated during the downgrade process, a downgrade will take effect at the end of the member’s current billing cycle.
  • The member will retain access to the current membership level until the effective downgrade date.

Once the downgrade becomes effective:

  • Access to certain features may become limited or unavailable.
  • Unused premium benefits or features associated with the former plan may be lost.
  • Future billing will reflect the price of the new membership level.

3.4 Membership Termination by Company

We reserve the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate memberships, with or without refund, for misconduct including, but not limited to:

  • Harassment or abusive conduct
  • Discrimination or hate speech
  • Threats, intimidation, or violent language
  • Falsifying identity or impersonation
  • Unauthorized sharing of paid materials
  • Circumventing payment systems
  • Fraudulent payments or chargebacks
  • Spamming or unauthorized solicitation
  • Violations of intellectual property rights
  • Disruptive conduct in Slack, PM Connect, or other community spaces
  • Providing paid or exclusive information to non-paying individuals
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to accounts, channels, systems, or membership features
  • Violating these Terms or applicable law

Termination and suspension decisions are made at our discretion.

3.5 No Guarantee of Results

Membership does not guarantee:

  • Client acquisition
  • Freelance contracts
  • Consulting engagements
  • Business revenue
  • Career advancement
  • Interviews
  • Employment
  • Job placement

Results vary and depend on individual effort, qualifications, market conditions, employer decisions, client decisions, and other factors beyond our control.

3.6 Subscription Pricing Changes

The Freelance PM Club reserves the right to change membership and subscription pricing at any time.

If a pricing change affects an existing subscription, we will provide advance notice before the new price takes effect. The updated price will apply beginning with a future renewal and will not be applied retroactively to a billing period that has already been paid.

Pricing change notices may be provided by email, through the Platform, or through other account communications.

Members are responsible for maintaining accurate contact information, reviewing notices related to their subscription, and managing or canceling their subscription before a pricing change takes effect.

If you do not wish to continue your subscription at the new price, you are responsible for canceling your subscription before the applicable renewal date. Continued renewal after the pricing change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new subscription price.

3.7 Platform Maintenance and Technical Issues

  • We may perform maintenance, upgrades, repairs, or updates at any time.
  • Temporary glitches, display errors, billing interface errors, dashboard inconsistencies, or limited feature interruptions do not necessarily constitute a complete service interruption.
  • Where a member continues to access the material features of a service despite a temporary display or administrative error, refunds will not be issued solely because of that error.
  • We are not responsible for downtime, data delays, or service interruptions caused by third-party providers, hosting companies, payment processors, software vendors, integrations, internet failures, or events beyond our reasonable control.

4. Coaching Services

4.1 Nature of Coaching

  • Coaching sessions provide educational information, strategic guidance, feedback, and professional development support.
  • Coaching does not constitute legal, financial, tax, mental health, employment, or investment advice.
  • We do not guarantee specific outcomes, revenue, clients, employment, or career advancement.
  • Members are responsible for deciding whether and how to implement coaching recommendations.

4.2 Coaching Conduct

We reserve the right to end a coaching session, cancel a session, or block future bookings for conduct including, but not limited to:

  • Harassment
  • Inappropriate or abusive language
  • Threats
  • Discrimination
  • False identity
  • Recording without consent
  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior
  • Repeated failure to follow session policies
  • Lack of alignment or poor fit

No refund will be issued for sessions ended or canceled because of member misconduct.

5. Job Board & Hiring

The Job Board connects project managers, consultants, and independent professionals with companies seeking project talent. Opportunities may include freelance, contract, consulting, temporary, or other project-based engagements.

5.1 Job Listings and Opportunities

Job opportunities may be posted directly by companies or sourced and curated by The Freelance PM Club.

We do not guarantee:

  • The accuracy or completeness of information provided by a company or third-party source.
  • That an opportunity will remain available for any specific period.
  • Interviews, offers, contracts, clients, or employment.
  • A response from a company.
  • Any particular level of compensation or income.
  • That a member will be selected for an opportunity.

We reserve the right to review, modify, reject, suspend, or remove job postings that violate our policies, appear fraudulent or misleading, or are otherwise inappropriate for the Platform.

5.2 Applications and Candidate Matching

The Platform may allow members to apply for opportunities, save jobs, receive job alerts, view recommended opportunities, or be matched with companies based on their profile and professional information.

Matches and recommendations may consider information such as skills, specialty, experience, education, certifications, location, industry experience, and job requirements.

A match, recommendation, or match score does not guarantee that a member is qualified for, will be contacted about, interviewed for, or selected for an opportunity.

Companies remain solely responsible for determining their hiring criteria and making hiring decisions.

5.3 Company and Candidate Information

Companies are responsible for ensuring that information provided in their company profiles, job postings, communications, and hiring requirements is accurate and lawful.

Members are responsible for ensuring that information provided in their profiles, applications, resumes, portfolios, interviews, assessments, and other hiring materials is accurate.

The Freelance PM Club may review company registrations and take reasonable measures intended to reduce fraudulent or inappropriate activity. Approval of a company account does not constitute an endorsement, certification, guarantee, or verification of the company, its representatives, or any opportunity it posts.

Members and companies are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any professional relationship.

5.4 Communication and Interviews

The Platform may provide tools that allow companies and members to communicate, schedule meetings, conduct interviews, complete assessments, or otherwise participate in the hiring process.

The Freelance PM Club is not responsible for statements, representations, promises, commitments, or agreements made between companies and members through or outside the Platform.

5.5 Engagements, Contracts, and Payments

Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Freelance PM Club is not a party to any freelance, consulting, contract, employment, or other professional agreement entered into between a company and a member.

Companies and members are solely responsible for establishing and agreeing upon the terms of their working relationship, including:

  • Scope of work and deliverables.
  • Rates and compensation.
  • Payment schedules and payment methods.
  • Contract terms.
  • Project timelines.
  • Taxes and applicable fees.
  • Confidentiality and intellectual property terms.
  • Independent contractor or employment classification.
  • Any other terms governing their engagement.

The Freelance PM Club does not guarantee, process, collect, hold, or enforce payment from companies to freelancers unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific service.

We are not responsible for late payments, missed payments, nonpayment, payment disputes, chargebacks, breach of contract, unpaid invoices, or other financial disputes between companies and members.

Members are responsible for establishing appropriate contracts and payment terms with companies before beginning work and for pursuing any unpaid compensation directly with the applicable company.

5.6 Reviews and Feedback

The Platform may allow members to review companies and companies to review members based on their experiences working together.

Reviews must reflect genuine experiences and may not contain knowingly false information, harassment, threats, discriminatory content, confidential information, or other content that violates these Terms.

We reserve the right to remove or restrict reviews that violate our policies. The Freelance PM Club does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of reviews submitted by users.

5.7 Third-Party and Curated Opportunities

Some opportunities may originate from third-party websites, staffing agencies, recruiters, employers, or other external sources.

The Freelance PM Club does not control third-party websites, application processes, hiring practices, opportunity availability, employer conduct, or external terms and conditions.

Members who pursue third-party opportunities do so at their own discretion and are responsible for reviewing the applicable company’s terms, privacy practices, and hiring requirements.

6. Courses and Educational Content

Courses and educational materials are designed to provide project management, freelancing, consulting, career, and business-related knowledge. Course completion does not guarantee:

  • Employment
  • Client acquisition
  • Certification
  • Revenue
  • Professional advancement
  • Professional Development Units or other continuing education credit

Unless expressly stated, our courses are not accredited certification programs.

We are not responsible for decisions made by PMI, educational institutions, credentialing organizations, employers, or other third parties.

7. Templates and Digital Products

  • Templates, checklists, guides, workbooks, scripts, downloads, and other digital products are provided for educational and informational purposes.
  • They do not constitute legal, financial, tax, accounting, employment, or other professional advice.
  • Users are responsible for reviewing, adapting, and customizing materials for their particular needs.
  • We are not liable for decisions, agreements, communications, or outcomes resulting from the use or misuse of templates or digital products.

8. AI Tools and Chatbot

Our AI-powered tools, including project assistants, matching tools, content-generation tools, chatbots, and other automated features, are provided for informational and productivity purposes.

AI-generated outputs:

  • May be incomplete, inaccurate, misleading, biased, or outdated.
  • May not reflect all relevant facts or circumstances.
  • Are not guaranteed to be original, accurate, or suitable for a particular purpose.
  • Do not constitute legal, financial, tax, employment, medical, or other professional advice.

Users are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and validating all AI-generated content before relying on, sharing, publishing, or implementing it.

You may not submit confidential, proprietary, legally protected, or highly sensitive information to an AI feature unless the feature expressly states that such information is permitted.

We are not liable for decisions, documents, communications, hiring outcomes, project outcomes, or other actions based on AI-generated outputs.

9. PM Connect

PM Connect is an optional member communication feature that allows eligible members to discover other professionals, participate in channels, engage in discussions, and send private messages within The Freelance PM Club.

Access to PM Connect may require a separate opt-in and may be subject to membership eligibility, platform limits, or additional access requirements.

9.1 PM Connect Eligibility and Access

PM Connect is available only to eligible members who have activated or opted into the feature.

Creating a general Platform account or purchasing a membership does not necessarily result in automatic enrollment in PM Connect.

We may:

  • Limit the number of members with access to PM Connect.
  • Restrict access based on membership level.
  • Create public, membership-specific, private, invitation-only, or read-only channels.
  • Add, remove, archive, rename, or modify channels.
  • Suspend or discontinue PM Connect or any portion of it.

Access to PM Connect is a revocable privilege and is not a guaranteed membership entitlement unless expressly included in the applicable membership description.

9.2 Member Profiles and Recommendations

PM Connect may use information from your member profile to display your professional profile and recommend other members you may be interested in connecting with.

Profile and recommendation information may include:

  • Name
  • Profile photo
  • Professional headline
  • Specialty
  • Skills
  • Industry experience
  • Certifications
  • Education
  • Location
  • Years of experience
  • Biography
  • Shared interests or channels

Recommendations are generated for networking and discovery purposes only.

A recommendation does not represent an endorsement, verification, guarantee of compatibility, or assurance regarding another member’s qualifications, character, services, or professional conduct.

9.3 Member Conduct

All PM Connect activity must remain professional, lawful, and respectful.

Members may not:

  • Harass, bully, threaten, stalk, or intimidate another member.
  • Engage in discrimination, hate speech, or targeted abuse.
  • Publish or threaten to publish another person’s private information.
  • Send repeated unwanted messages after being asked to stop.
  • Send spam, chain messages, or mass unsolicited communications.
  • Engage in deceptive, fraudulent, or misleading conduct.
  • Impersonate another person, company, or organization.
  • Post malicious links, malware, viruses, or harmful code.
  • Use PM Connect to conduct or promote illegal activity.
  • Attempt to bypass blocks, suspensions, channel restrictions, or membership permissions.
  • Scrape, harvest, extract, or compile member information without authorization.
  • Use member information to create unauthorized mailing lists or databases.
  • Promote competing platforms or services without permission.
  • Share paid, confidential, proprietary, or membership-exclusive content without authorization.
  • Post content that infringes another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights.
  • Use PM Connect primarily for aggressive sales activity, recruiting spam, or unrelated commercial solicitation.

Violations may result in message removal, content removal, channel restrictions, loss of PM Connect access, suspension of Platform privileges, or termination of membership without refund.

9.4 Private Messages

PM Connect permits members to communicate directly through private messages.

Private messages are intended for the participants in the conversation. However, members should not assume that messages are completely confidential, privileged, or inaccessible to the Company.

We may access, preserve, or review private messages when reasonably necessary to:

  • Investigate a user report.
  • Enforce these Terms.
  • Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, harassment, security threats, or illegal activity.
  • Protect members, the Company, or third parties.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot the Platform.
  • Comply with legal obligations, court orders, subpoenas, or lawful government requests.

We do not routinely monitor every private message and are not obligated to do so.

Members should not use PM Connect to transmit passwords, payment card information, government identification numbers, sensitive health information, trade secrets, or other highly confidential information.

9.5 User Content

Members retain ownership of the User Content they create and share through PM Connect.

By submitting User Content through the Platform, you grant The Freelance PM Club a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, display, format, and process that content as reasonably necessary to:

  • Operate PM Connect.
  • Deliver messages and display posts.
  • Maintain and secure the Platform.
  • Moderate content.
  • Investigate reports.
  • Provide technical support.
  • Improve Platform functionality.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

This license ends when the content is deleted from our active systems, except where continued retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, dispute resolution, legal compliance, enforcement, or technical operations.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You own your User Content or have permission to share it.
  • Your User Content does not violate another person’s rights.
  • Your User Content does not violate these Terms or applicable law.

9.6 Content Moderation

We reserve the right, but are not obligated, to review, restrict, hide, remove, preserve, or disclose User Content.

We may also:

  • Close or archive conversations or channels.
  • Restrict a member’s ability to post or send messages.
  • Remove a member from a channel.
  • Block links or attachments.
  • Suspend or revoke PM Connect access.
  • Preserve records relevant to a complaint, investigation, dispute, or legal obligation.

Our failure to remove particular content does not mean that we endorse it or waive our right to act later.

Moderation decisions may be made at our discretion.

9.7 Blocking and Reporting

Members may be provided with tools to block or report other users.

Blocking a member may prevent or limit future direct communication, but it may not remove previous messages or prevent both members from participating in the same public or shared channel.

Reports must be made in good faith.

Submitting knowingly false, misleading, retaliatory, or abusive reports may result in account restrictions or termination.

9.8 Member Interactions and Transactions

The Freelance PM Club does not employ, supervise, endorse, or guarantee members who communicate through PM Connect.

We are not a party to agreements, engagements, collaborations, payments, referrals, business relationships, or disputes formed between members unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.

Members are responsible for independently evaluating:

  • Another member’s identity
  • Qualifications
  • Experience
  • References
  • Services
  • Rates
  • Contracts
  • Payment terms
  • Business practices

We are not responsible for losses, disputes, misconduct, nonpayment, confidentiality breaches, misrepresentations, or other harm arising from member-to-member interactions.

9.9 Availability and Message Delivery

We do not guarantee that PM Connect will always be available, uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We do not guarantee:

  • Immediate message delivery
  • Notification delivery
  • Message retention for a particular period
  • Recovery of deleted messages
  • Availability of a specific channel
  • Continued access to prior conversations after suspension or termination

Members are responsible for maintaining their own records of important business communications and agreements.

9.10 Consent to Electronic Communications

By opting into PM Connect, you consent to receive communications related to your use of the feature, including:

  • Direct-message notifications
  • Channel invitations
  • Mentions and replies
  • Moderation notices
  • Safety and security alerts
  • Administrative announcements

You may be able to manage certain notification preferences through your account settings. Disabling notifications does not prevent delivery of essential account, security, legal, or administrative communications.

9.11 Message Retention, Deletion, and Account Closure

Messages, posts, moderation records, and other PM Connect activity may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Platform, enforce these Terms, resolve disputes, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and protect the rights of members and the Company.

Deleting a message or closing an account may not:

  • Remove copies already received or saved by another member.
  • Remove quoted, forwarded, or screenshotted content.
  • Immediately remove information from backups.
  • Require deletion of records retained for fraud prevention, safety, legal compliance, dispute resolution, or enforcement.

We do not guarantee permanent storage or recovery of messages or other content.

9.12 Safety Reports and Emergency Situations

PM Connect is not an emergency service and should not be used to report an immediate threat to life or physical safety.

Members should contact local emergency services or appropriate authorities when urgent assistance is required.

We may disclose or preserve information when we reasonably believe it is necessary to:

  • Address an immediate safety risk.
  • Prevent fraud, abuse, or illegal activity.
  • Protect the rights or safety of members, the Company, or the public.
  • Respond to valid legal process.
  • Comply with applicable law.

Submitting a report does not guarantee a specific outcome, response time, or disciplinary action.

9.13 No Confidentiality or Professional Privilege

Communications through PM Connect are not protected by attorney-client privilege, consultant-client privilege, confidentiality agreements, or any other professional privilege merely because they occur through the Platform.

Members are responsible for obtaining appropriate confidentiality agreements before sharing proprietary client information, trade secrets, personal data, or confidential business information.

The Freelance PM Club is not responsible for another member’s misuse or unauthorized disclosure of information shared through PM Connect.

9.14 Automated Recommendations and Platform Ranking

PM Connect may use automated systems to recommend members, channels, discussions, or other content based on information such as specialties, skills, interests, profile activity, and participation.

Recommendations and rankings:

  • Are provided for discovery purposes only.
  • May be incomplete, inaccurate, or influenced by limited profile data.
  • Do not represent endorsement, verification, sponsorship, or a guarantee of compatibility.
  • Should not be treated as employment, hiring, legal, financial, or professional advice.

We may change the factors used to generate recommendations at any time.

9.15 Commercial Activity and Solicitation

Members may discuss services, collaborations, referrals, and professional opportunities when relevant and conducted respectfully.

Members may not:

  • Send bulk or repetitive promotional messages.
  • Continue soliciting a member after being asked to stop.
  • Harvest member information for external marketing.
  • Add members to mailing lists without permission.
  • Use automated tools to send messages or connection requests.
  • Misrepresent an offer, opportunity, service, compensation arrangement, or business relationship.
  • Operate pyramid schemes, deceptive referral programs, or fraudulent opportunities.

We may restrict accounts that use PM Connect primarily for unsolicited commercial activity.

9.16 Off-Platform Agreements, Payments, and Disputes

Members may choose to communicate, contract, or exchange payment outside PM Connect. Unless expressly stated otherwise, The Freelance PM Club:

  • Is not a party to those arrangements.
  • Does not process or guarantee payments.
  • Does not verify contract terms.
  • Does not act as an employer, staffing agency, broker, escrow provider, or legal representative.
  • Is not responsible for nonpayment, project disputes, tax obligations, classification issues, deliverables, confidentiality breaches, or contractual claims.

Members are responsible for using written agreements, conducting due diligence, and complying with applicable tax, employment, contractor-classification, licensing, and business laws.

9.17 Copyright and Intellectual Property Complaints

Members may not upload, post, transmit, or share content that infringes another person’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity, or other rights.

We may remove or restrict access to allegedly infringing content and may suspend or terminate repeat infringers.

Copyright complaints must include sufficient information to identify:

  • The copyrighted work.
  • The allegedly infringing material.
  • The location of the material.
  • The complaining party’s contact information.
  • A statement of good-faith belief.
  • A statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and the complaining party is authorized to act.
  • A physical or electronic signature.

9.18 Third-Party Technology Providers

PM Connect may rely on third-party hosting, messaging, analytics, notification, moderation, security, storage, or infrastructure providers.

By using PM Connect, you acknowledge that content and technical information may be processed by service providers acting on our behalf, subject to applicable agreements and our Privacy Policy.

We are not responsible for interruptions, delays, data loss, or failures caused by third-party systems beyond our reasonable control.

9.19 Security and Unauthorized Access

Members may not:

  • Attempt to access another member’s account or private communications.
  • Probe, scan, or test Platform vulnerabilities.
  • Bypass security, access, or membership controls.
  • Intercept communications.
  • Introduce malicious software or code.
  • Use bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated extraction tools without written permission.

  • Collect or disclose authentication credentials.

Members must promptly notify the Company if they suspect unauthorized access, account compromise, or a security vulnerability.

9.20 Content Visibility and Screenshots

Content posted in public or shared channels may be visible to other eligible members.

Members may not publish or distribute screenshots, recordings, or copies of private messages, private channels, or restricted discussions without permission from the participants, except where reasonably necessary to:

  • Report misconduct.
  • Obtain legal advice.
  • Comply with law.
  • Protect personal safety.
  • Preserve evidence relating to a dispute or violation.

10. Community Guidelines

Members must maintain professional conduct in Slack, PM Connect, and all other community spaces. Prohibited behavior includes:

  • Harassment, discrimination, threats, or doxxing
  • Spamming
  • Unapproved promotion of competing platforms
  • Sharing paid or exclusive materials externally
  • Publicly sharing screenshots from private messages or restricted channels without authorization
  • Circumventing membership tiers or channel restrictions
  • Impersonation
  • Fraudulent or deceptive conduct
  • Repeated disruption of conversations or events
  • Retaliation against members who make good-faith reports

Community access may be restricted or revoked separately from other membership features.

Violations may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund.

11. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Membership fees are non-refundable after the billing period begins.
  • Coaching sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
  • Digital products are non-refundable.
  • Course purchases are non-refundable after access has been granted, except where required by law.
  • Failure to use available membership features does not qualify the member for a refund.
  • Loss of access resulting from misconduct does not qualify the member for a refund.

We reserve the right to deny refunds in cases of abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or misconduct.

Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable refund rights provided by applicable law.

12. Intellectual Property

All Platform content, templates, materials, branding, logos, courses, videos, frameworks, software, interfaces, graphics, databases, and systems owned or licensed by The Freelance PM Club are protected by intellectual property laws. Except where expressly permitted, you may not:

  • Resell, redistribute, reproduce, or republish Platform content.

  • Copy or commercially exploit courses, templates, or frameworks.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices.
  • Use our branding in a way that suggests sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation without permission.
  • Use automated systems to scrape or extract Platform content or member data.

Unauthorized use may result in suspension, termination, or legal action.

12.1 Copyright Complaints

Members may not post content that infringes another person’s copyright.

We may remove or restrict allegedly infringing content and may terminate repeat infringers.

A formal copyright takedown process and designated contact should be published separately if the Platform will regularly host member-submitted content. The U.S. Copyright Office explains that online service providers seeking certain DMCA protections must publish designated-agent contact information and register that agent with the Copyright Office.
